I have a very important wedding coming up and a very fussy boyfriend when it comes to outfits. He thinks I have a tendency to dress a bit too avant garde on special occasions. I took my time perusing the racks at Myer while he was off getting acupuncture and chose a couple of dresses in the interim. He liked the Alexander McQueen the best. The other option was a Missoni but the smallest size, a 38, was a little too big for me. I'm still not sure if i'll get it or not. All I know is I want a dress to wear with hot pink Saint Laurent Tributes with.
Treating myself to some Heathcote & Bendigo Shiraz (really I just chose the wine with the highest alcohol content at the local organic store) and a small stack of Vogue mags.
Picked up the book Holding The Man the other day so the topic of boys schools is on my mind. Thought this would be perfect to go to even though I really hated The Slap. Loved Loaded though and thoroughly enjoy Christos Tsiolkas as a writer and speaker.
